Support when a child is removed from the family

Support when a child is removed from the family

If necessary, I assist a parent when the child is removed from the family.

This is necessary if the other parent does not want to comply with a judicial custody decision/order.

I offer assistance to the client in coordinating with lawyers, courts, youth welfare offices, police etc.

The goal is that the removal should be as stress-free as possible for the child involved.

However, arranged – necessary – removals should be carried out.

It should be noted that you usually need a court order to claim support from the police.

If the child was already taken away by the Youth Welfare Office, I offer assistance with the coordination of lawyers, courts, youth welfare offices, crisis care placements etc., in the repatriation procedure and in the arranging of the temporary visiting contacts.
